Alec French have contributed to many projects around the
City from high profile office and housing developments
to the restoration of the SS Great Britain. The initial
brief, when we became involved with the site in 1998 was
to relieve staff with other responsibilities from the
need to become involved in day to day IT problems and
routine maintenance. This required exactly the kind of
close and responsive service in which we specialise. As
well as monitoring server and network performance, we
regularly assist in the commissioning of new workstations
and resolving user problems as they arise. |
