| UHA manages 900 properties for clients in
Bristol; specialising in affordable accomodation for ethnic
minority communities in inner-city areas. Up until our
involvement in 2000, the only IT support had been provided
by remote access. UHA immediately benefited from access
to local engineering support, better contact with users
and even someone able to sort out the chaotic state of
the computer room! Since then we have helped with replacing
equipment, re-locating the office, implementing new housing
management software and installing an in-house mail server. |
